	If you provide fraudulent documents or false information in your Visa application, your Visa may be refused under PIC 4020, resulting in a three-year ban on being granted an Australian Visa.
If your Visa is refused due to PIC 4020, you will need to wait three years before applying for another Visa, unless a waiver is granted. If there is an issue with your identity, you could be banned from being granted a new Visa for up to 10 years, and no waivers are available for this requirement.
