The Visa 309 allows the De Facto Partner or spouse of an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident to live in Australia temporarily. Obtaining the Visa 309 is the first step toward being granted the Permanent Partner Visa (Subclass 100). The Visa 309 is for applicants who are outside of Australia. |
