Applying for judicial record No.2

APPLYING FOR JUDICIAL RECORD NO. 2

Australian Immigration laws change quite frequently. Therefore, to receive accurate and up-to-date information, please contact an Australian migration firm or a Registered Migration Agent with OMARA in Australia.
The Australian government requires applicants for certain Visa categories to provide a Judicial Record to verify that they do not have a criminal record or serious offenses. Judicial Record No. 2 provides more comprehensive information about the applicant's criminal history, including any expunged convictions.

Typically, if you have resided in any country (other than Australia) for a total of 12 months within the last 10 years, you are required to include Judicial Record No. 2 in your application.
One of the conditions for being granted an Australian Visa is that the applicant must meet the character requirement. Judicial Record No. 2 helps the Australian government assess whether the applicant meets the character standard.
