The Visa 116 and 836 are Permanent residency Visas that allow you to immigrate to Australia as a Carer for a relative who is an Australian Citizen, Permanent resident, or New Zealand Citizen. To be granted this Visa, you must be sponsored by your relative and provide evidence of their serious or long-term medical condition. These individuals may have received healthcare from the Australian government, but these services are insufficient to meet their care needs, making your support necessary to maintain their quality of life. |

To apply for a Carer Visa, the sponsor must first complete an initial step of submitting a medical assessment request. This medical assessment is conducted by specialists from Bupa Medical Visa, a recognized and approved medical organization.
