**MIGRATION AGENT:
A Migration Agent is a person extensively trained in Australian Migration Law, issued a MARN (Migration Agent Registration Number). They are legally authorised to represent Clients in all types of Visa applications, including Appeals at the ART (Administrative Review Tribunal) and Ministerial Intervention.
**EDUCATION AGENT:
An Education Agent is only permitted to provide advice on schools, courses, and assist with Student Visa applications. They are not authorised to give advice on other types of Visas or any Migration-related advice.
