REQUIREMENTS FOR MINISTERIAL INTERVENTION APPLICATION
When your Visa has been refused, and the ART affirms with that decision, but you still wish to have another chance to stay in Australia without appealing to higher courts, you have the right to request Ministerial Intervention for your application.
The application must clearly explain why you need the Intervention, supported by exceptional and specific reasons:
* SPECIAL HUMANITARIAN CIRCUMSTANCES
* IN THE INTEREST OF THE COMMUNITY OR CHILDREN
* NO FURTHER APPEALS AVAILABLE
* ALL APPEAL RIGHTS EXHAUSTED, INCLUDING ART AND OTHER BODIES
* COMPASSIONATE CIRCUMSTANCES OR NEGATIVE IMPACT ON MANY INDIVIDUALS
To understand each situation in more detail or check your eligibility, you should seek advice from reputable Australian Migration firms with legal licenses.
If you need assistance, JL Migration & Education is confident in our ability to support you. We have the experience, knowledge, and dedication to handle complex cases.
