HOW LONG DOES THE ART TAKE TO SCHEDULE A HEARING FOR A PARTNER VISA APPLICATION?

As of October 14, 2024, the AAT has officially been renamed the ART.
When lodging an appeal with the ART (Administrative Review Tribunal), one of the first questions many people have is how long it will take to receive a hearing date for their Partner Visa Application. In reality, this timeframe can vary greatly depending on several factors. According to the official information on the ART ’s website, the process can take anywhere from 6 months to 5–6 years.
